ABOUT BIANCA

Bianca Vencato is a researcher primarily focusing on private equity roles.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Bianca worked at Deloitte, LabCorp and Target in a variety of human resources roles such as human capital consulting, change management, recruiting and staffing.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology / family and child sciences at Florida State University, as well as her master’s in organizational sciences from George Washington University.

As a life-long learner, Bianca is also currently in the process of getting her psychology doctorate degree in clinical mental health at Pepperdine University.

Bianca enjoys spending free time with friends and family (as well as her corgi), coffee, cooking, reading and watching movies.
