About Clifton

Clifton Vaughan is a senior practice leader who co-leads the private equity recruiting practice at Charles Aris Executive Search. His work is focused on placing current and former management consultants into investing and operating roles with private equity firms, with a specific emphasis on the Northeast. He has completed over 50 searches for private equity clients.

Clifton earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he studied business administration and management with a focus on marketing. Clifton grew up on a family farm in Holly Springs, North Carolina and went to high school at the Milton Hershey School in Pennsylvania. Today, he lives in New York City and is passionate about fitness and travel.
