ABOUT GABRIELLE
Gabrielle Marciano is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search.
Gabrielle started her career at Hobbs & Towne Inc., a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the energy, mobility, food, agriculture and water sectors. During her tenure, Gabrielle diligently contributed to searches spanning AgTech, food production and packaging, Biotech, CleanTech and Alternative Energy.
Following Hobbs & Towne’s acquisition by True Search in 2021, she transitioned to the Climate Tech practice, concentrating her efforts within the product, data and technology functions while maintaining her focus on specialized searches.
Gabrielle holds a bachelor’s degree in animal and food science as well as agriculture and natural resources from the University of Delaware, where her capstone course focused on poultry production. Notably, she collaborated with a southern Delaware poultry producer, overseeing the grow out of 2,000 meat chickens.
Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys outdoor activities alongside her partner, Adam, and their miniature dachshund, Gustav. She enjoys walking, running, leisurely biking and immersing herself in the latest thrilling “who done it?” novel, complemented by a passion for a diverse array of podcasts.
