Jovan Dushner is an account manager at Aris Amplify.
Prior to joining the executive search firm, Jovan spent more than eight years in accounting and finance – more than three of them with PepsiCo as a senior finance associate. In that time, he managed the Kroger relationship for the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade businesses. Jovan had previously served as an audit associate with KPMG and then a property accountant with Equity One.
Jovan earned both his bachelor of science degree and master’s degree in accounting at Florida International University.
Jovan enjoys playing and watching sports. Originally from the Northeastern region of the United States, he remains an avid New England Patriots supporter. As fate would have it, one week after getting married, Jovan and Carly attended an event and stumbled upon a dog they eventually adopted: Brady, whom they enjoy taking to parks.
