About Ryan
Ryan Fincher is an associate recruiter specializing in finance and corporate development roles. He focuses on identifying top talent for private equity-backed companies, helping clients find the right candidates to support their growth and success.
Before joining Charles Aris, Ryan spent five years at another executive search firm, where he recruited for private equity-backed life science and healthcare portfolio companies.
Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College, where he played on the soccer team. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, further enhancing his understanding of business strategy and leadership.
Outside of work, Ryan resides in Denver, Colorado, where he enjoys exploring the city and the surrounding areas. He also enjoys skiing, golfing, attending concerts and traveling.
