Sydney Olszewski is the director of marketing at Charles Aris, supporting business development and content production across each of the firm’s recruiting practices.
Sydney joined Charles Aris as a marketing and research intern in 2018, shortly after completing her bachelor’s degree in communication and entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
Since then, she has established a formal marketing function and now leads the firm’s comprehensive digital strategy, managing a four-person team. In 2022, she earned her master’s in integrated marketing communications from Georgetown University.
Sydney also manages operations at the firm’s Washington, D.C. location, where she lives nearby with her husband, Kris, and cat, Otto. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new coffee shops, running, golf and generally being active. She co-leads the Charles Aris Wellness Committee and played an integral role in launching the annual company basketball tournament.
