Sydney Olszewski-Nixon is the senior director of marketing at Charles Aris, supporting business development and content production across each of the firm’s recruiting practices.
Sydney joined Charles Aris as a marketing and research intern in 2018, shortly after completing her bachelor’s degree in communication and entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
Since then, she has established a formal marketing function and now leads the firm’s comprehensive digital strategy, managing a seven-person team. In 2022, she earned her master’s in integrated marketing communications from Georgetown University. She also co-leads the Charles Aris Wellness Committee and led the launch and management of the firm’s Washington, DC office, its first satellite location.
Sydney now lives in El Paso, Texas with her husband, Kris, and cat, Otto. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new coffee shops and restaurants, playing golf and staying active.
