The company is looking for a dynamic and strategic COO to lead and optimize end-to-end operations. This role is responsible for overseeing production efficiency, demand forecasting and supply chain management to ensure the highest levels of quality, safety and profitability. The COO will drive process improvements, implement automation strategies and enhance manufacturing scheduling to maximize output while minimizing waste. Additionally, this leader will develop procurement and logistics strategies to ensure seamless ingredient sourcing and product distribution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food production, regulatory compliance and operational excellence, with a proven ability to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
