Our client is a private equity-backed, B2B SaaS company offering a one-of-a-kind product. The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for delivering commercial excellence and leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This individual will operate as a proxy of the CEO, progressing strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams independently. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of pre-MBA management consulting experience, paired with 1-2 years of industry experience in technology/software.
Chiefs of staff are being increasingly utilized as thought partners within the C-suite, especially during transformations and other strategic initiatives.
The strategic toolkit is the combination of analytics skills, problem solving and executive communication.
