Founded by former strategy consultants, our client is a Fortune 100 diversified financial services company with one of the most widely recognized brands in the United States. This organization constantly challenges the status quo with a clear goal of bringing ingenuity, simplicity and humanity to an industry ripe for change. Its Corporate Strategy team is viewed as a talent feeder for the firm. Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy to manage a small team and partner cross-functionally with its most senior leaders, owning and driving its top strategic growth and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate has an MBA degree from a top-tier academic institution; a minimum of four years of consulting experience with McKinsey, Bain or BCG; and a strong track record of performance. Two or more years of consulting experience at the manager level are required.
