Our client is a $2.5 billion highly acquisitive professional services firm that was recently taken private by a leading private equity firm. As this organization looks to grow and scale through inorganic growth efforts, our client is seeking a new Head of Integration who will report to the Chief Value Creation Officer. This new leader will be charged with leading and managing the integration process for all M&A transactions as well as creating the playbook for future acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of total experience, including 2+ years of post-MBA experience at a top-tier management consulting firm. End-to-end post-merger integration experience is required. PMI experience in a professional services business and/or exposure to working in a private equity-backed business is preferred.
