This role is ideal for a senior-level private equity investor with 15+ years of experience in the lower middle market looking to transition into an operational, in-house role. The Head of Corporate Development will drive transformational growth through sourcing, evaluating and executing acquisitions, partnering with the executive team and private equity sponsors. Ideal candidates will have experience in people-centered businesses, particularly in the professional services industry, and a proven ability to lead M&A strategies.
