Our client, a private equity-backed residential services business in the South, is seeking a Vice President / Head of M&A who will play a critical role in continuing the development of short- and long-term strategies surrounding the organic and inorganic growth of the portfolio company. This individual will be responsible for evaluating and executing potential opportunities by building relationships with sellers in the blue-collar space. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the private equity sponsor, the ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in a high-velocity M&A environment with relevant commercial/residential services experience. The ideal candidate will also have a strong hunter mentality with an offensive-minded approach when engaging with sellers.
