Our client, a newly acquired, private equity-backed company in the communication systems space, is seeking a CEO to establish and lead the vision, direction and overall strategy of the business. The CEO will be responsible for driving operational execution and delivering both short- and long-term results. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader ready to roll up their sleeves to execute the value creation plan. Candidates should have at least two to three years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm and hold an MBA from a leading business school. Military experience is strongly preferred.
