Our client, a private equity-backed, high-growth organization expanding in the behavioral healthcare sector, is seeking a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of the CEO’s vision. This individual will oversee critical internal and external communications while helping align leadership around key priorities. The ideal candidate has six to eight years of experience, combining time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm with industry experience in fast-paced, evolving environments. They bring strong analytical skills, executive presence and a passion for delivering meaningful impact in the behavioral healthcare space.
