Our client is a private equity-backed industry leader in laboratory analysis and management products seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO and drive value creation, operational excellence and strategic alignment. This person will also oversee the Value-Creation Office, a high-performance team of 20-30 professionals chartered with leading and supporting 15+ workstreams across all major facets of the company. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of post-MBA strategy consulting experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
