Our client is a private equity-backed and highly acquisitive organization that is focused on continued growth and expansion by investing in general practice animal hospitals throughout the western United States. The Director of Growth and Expansion plays a pivotal role in helping to inform and shape the long-term vision and direction of the organization. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the executive leadership team, this individual is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing strategies to drive growth, profitability and a sustainable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of consulting experience from a strategy consulting firm as well as relevant industry experience.
