We are seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to the CEO of a high-growth private equity-backed portfolio company who is a clear leader in horticulture and ESG. The Chief of Staff will work with the CEO and the private equity firm on running the integration of their aggressive inorganic growth strategy as well as prioritizing various high-priority strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over three years of consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm and over two years of experience working in industry. Top-tier MBA highly preferred.
