Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in family-owned-and-operated businesses as well as family offices. As this organization looks to double in size over the next few years, it is seeking a CEO to help grow and scale for the long term. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and leading the vision, direction and leadership of the company. They will also be expected to drive critical initiatives around growth, marketing and operations while scaling a top-tier leadership team. The right candidate will share a similar passion for helping family-owned businesses and have at least 10+ years of professional services experience from a top-tier firm, either working with family-owned businesses / family offices or in an internally facing role helping to grow a professional services practice/firm. The ideal candidate could also be a formerly client-facing consultant who has been an operator for a family-owned business.
