Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company backed by a growth and innovation-focused private equity sponsor that has deep experience and has made successful investments in the space. The Chief of Staff will support the CEO in defining and developing the company’s strategic initiatives and improving operations in all functions of the business. The role requires the ability to realize strategic goals while driving operational improvement. The Chief of Staff will independently own select critical projects, as well as provide strategic support to a wide range of initiatives led by members of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of post-MBA experience, including stints in a strategy consulting firm and industry, ideally with a background in healthcare or technology.
