Our client is a national leader in post-secondary education and a leading provider of professional talent to the medical and healthcare industry, partnering with organizations to solve critical workforce talent needs by expanding access to education, certifications and upskilling programs at scale. As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of the CEO’s vision. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor while also overseeing critical communications both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of post-MBA, top-tier strategic advisory experience with a strong financial acumen. Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
