Our client is a leading, private equity-backed professional services firm with over 100 years in business. As it prepares for the next stage of growth, our client is seeking a Head of Value Creation (HVC) to work directly with the COO and execute key strategic initiatives across the business. The HVC will focus on driving growth and optimizing efficiency within the company. This person must have a passion for building culture, driving high-impact projects and wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of post-MBA experience and exposure to working with private equity-backed companies.
Base salary for this role will range from $350,000 to $550,000.
