We’re seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder/President of a high-growth, private equity-backed portfolio company that is a leader in the engineering space. The Chief of Staff will work with the Co-Founder and the private equity firm on running the value-creation plan, improving operational efficiency and other key initiatives related to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have over two years of consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm at the post-MBA level.
