Phoenix, AZ
Our client is a newly acquired, private equity-backed portfolio company in the healthcare services space. This is a highly fragmented and growing market where there is a lot of opportunity for consolidation and growth. The private equity firm, which specializes in micro-market investments, plans to rapidly scale and expand the business. We’re looking to identify a new operating partner and CEO who will be responsible for establishing and leading the vision, direction and leadership for the company. The CEO will provide overall accountability for business strategy and planning, including operational execution to deliver short-term and long-term business results. The ideal candidate will come in and “roll up their sleeves” to drive and execute the valuation-creation plan. The ideal candidate will also have at least 2-3 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm and possess an MBA from a top school. Experience in healthcare, healthcare services and/or private equity is preferred but not required.
