Our client is a leading medical device manufacturer dedicated to helping dental professionals be the best in practice. Its team is currently seeking a Director of Transformation to support key strategic priorities, shape implementation considerations, identify new capabilities throughout the business and spearhead integration planning. This person will directly support the senior leadership team, board of directors and private equity stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 6-10+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, including time spent at a top management consulting firm focusing on transformations/integrations, and a demonstrated history of driving projects to completion.
By focusing on value creation in the short term, taking on responsibilities adjacent to strategy and growing your team, we believe CSOs will achieve greater stability.
Chiefs of staff are being increasingly utilized as thought partners within the C-suite, especially during transformations and other strategic initiatives.
