Our client is a private equity-backed, highly acquisitive organization committed to driving growth and expansion within the consumer beauty sector across the United States. The Senior Analyst of Strategy will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping a high-impact strategy team focused on advancing the organization’s mission in consumer beauty. Reporting directly to the CSO, this individual will collaborate with executive leadership to work on critical strategic initiatives, including the company’s ongoing business transformation and efforts to drive both organic and inorganic growth. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of post-undergraduate consulting experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities and a passion for delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
