Our client is a private equity-backed, highly acquisitive organization focused on continued growth and expansion in the consumer beauty space across the United States. The Vice President of Strategy plays a pivotal role in helping to inform and shape the long-term vision and direction of the organization. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive leadership team, this individual is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing strategies to drive growth, profitability and a sustainable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of post-MBA consulting experience or 5-7 years of total work experience.
