Our client is a high-growth private equity portfolio company in the environmental services industry. As this organization is rapidly growing inorganically and organically, our client is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to assist in leading strategic M&A efforts. This role will work closely with the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of M&A experience in a high-velocity M&A environment (investment banking or private equity), ideally working in a contract service and/or consulting organization.
