Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of consumer packaged goods and industrial products. The company’s historical growth has been fueled by its strategy and business development team, which is charged with spearheading innovation and leading strategic initiatives across the organization. The Director on this team will spearhead the creation of business plans for high-potential opportunities and champion new initiatives, demonstrating breakthrough thinking. They will also work closely with a division-level president and lead highly visible growth-strategy projects with significant impact on the direction and performance of the division. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in business administration from a top-tier institution; 3-5 years of post-MBA management consulting experience; and experience working on growth projects. Consumer experience is preferred but not required.
