Our client is a global, private equity-backed SaaS provider seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development to lead its inorganic and strategic growth efforts. This executive will be responsible for the full M&A lifecycle—including sourcing, evaluation, execution and integration—across both bolt-on and transformative acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, a strong background in the SaaS industry and a proven ability to partner with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to drive long-term value creation. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and influence across the organization.
