Our client is a growth-oriented private equity firm based in Dallas. This firm is highly acquisitive and fosters a rigorous, research-driven approach focused on founder/family-owned businesses using a proprietary sourcing strategy. The firm operates through a buy-and-build pillar with a culture-first attitude that seeks talented professionals who are fun, positive and hard-working. Its team is adding a net-new member to the established originations / business development group, who will contribute to and help develop the direct sourcing function at one of its many platform investments. This person will focus on sourcing new investment opportunities for the firm by directly engaging with potential acquisition targets and managing the deal flow process. This individual will work closely with the newly established Head of Direct Sourcing.
