Our client is a large-cap private equity firm focused on technology investment, managing over $90 billion in combined assets. The firm is looking to expand its existing value-creation capabilities and seeks to bring on an Operating Associate of Talent Intelligence & Analytics. This role will be instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to shape our client’s talent strategy, drive executive talent initiatives and support portfolio companies in building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm with direct experience. Exposure to private equity and human capital is strongly preferred, but we are targeting a strong general athlete.
