Our client is an F500 global, diversified financial services company. As our client looks to double in size in the next five years, its team is looking to bring in a new Lead Director, Strategy to help drive this growth transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer for its life company, this new leader will work with the executive leadership team to help strategize and execute transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of total experience, including 3+ years of post-MBA experience at a top-tier management consulting firm. Financial services experience is preferred but not required.
