Our client, a middle-market private equity firm, is seeking an Associate to conduct in-depth financial analysis (income statements, balance sheets and cash flow) to flag potential risks or growth opportunities. This person will also escalate findings to the deal team and help develop action plans, enhancing data infrastructure and building common, repeatable processes to improve decision-making across the firm. Developing playbooks and templates for M&A, growth initiatives and operational improvements will be critical to refine the firm’s internal strategy. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of post-MBA strategy consulting experience and be able to act as a strategic partner, providing insights and solutions that drive portfolio success.
