It is seeking a Transformation Director to help build and lead a high-impact strategy function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and support both organic and inorganic growth efforts. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of post-MBA experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with strong analytical skills and a track record of driving results. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities and execute critical initiatives. A passion for hospitality and experience in fast-paced, evolving environments is essential.
