Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed medical device organization. As the company looks to scale to the next phase of growth, its team is seeking a new Chief Strategy & Development Officer who will report directly to the CEO. This leader will ultimately be responsible for driving both the domestic and global growth strategy across new product innovation, commercialization / go-to-market, strategic project leadership and potential acquisitions identification and prioritization, with the goal of multiplying impact and growing and enhancing the brand, mission and organization globally. The right-fit candidate will have 15-20 years of total experience and, ideally, a background in management consulting. Medical device experience outside of a consulting environment is required.
