Our client is a national provider of healthcare staffing services to a range of healthcare organizations, specializing in locum tenens and temporary staffing. The Director of FP&A will report to the CFO and lead the budgeting and forecasting process, while also completing ad hoc strategic finance projects. The role requires experience leading cross-functional, value-added business analysis using advanced analytics tools. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience leading a robust finance function, ideally within a private equity–backed organization. Prior experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity is highly preferred.
