Our client, a high-growth, innovative retailer, is seeking a Director of Wellness to lead the launch of its newest billion-dollar venture in the wellness space. The Director will oversee all initiatives tied to this new business unit and work cross-functionally with the executive leadership team to ensure its success. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of experience in strategy and/or operations within retail, CPG, grocery or hospitality. A background in innovation or launching new businesses or products is strongly preferred. At least two years of experience in management consulting or investment banking at a top-tier firm is preferred but not required.
