Our client, a leading European-based private equity firm focused on investments in software and technology-enabled services, is seeking a Director of Value Creation to accelerate growth, drive digital transformation and deliver long-term value across its portfolio. The Director will work closely with management teams and investment professionals, applying deep sector expertise and a hands-on operational approach to support critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of post-MBA experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB), ideally at the principal or associate partner level. They should bring a strong passion for software and a proven track record of working with software and technology companies, either through direct operating experience or strategic advisory roles. Experience in transformations, operations and strategy, with a focus on execution and change management, is preferred. Compensation for this role will range from $400,000-$450,000, and there is potential for carried interest.
