Our client, a private equity-backed education platform, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to work closely with senior leadership on all aspects of M&A, including due diligence, deal sourcing and serving as a thought partner to C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in transaction services or investment banking and be mission-driven and results-oriented with a high bias for action and low ego. Experience with multi-site services is preferred but not required.
