Molly McQuade is a senior associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies at the University of New Hampshire with a minor in special education. Molly then went on to receive her master’s degree in elementary education and taught 3rd and 4th grade for four years in the Boston area.
Molly is from Durham, New Hampshire and grew up skiing every weekend. She enjoys staying active and playing pickleball/tennis with friends and family and is currently training for a half marathon. She also loves the beach, traveling and is a big fan of all Boston sports. She recently moved to Washington, DC and is excited to explore the city!
