Our client, a global private equity-backed EdTech business, is seeking a Vice President of M&A to lead its strategic acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced M&A leader with 10+ years of experience in executing high-impact transactions, ideally within the SaaS or vertical software space (EdTech experience is preferred). This role will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing acquisitions that align with the company’s growth strategy, working closely with the executive team and private equity sponsors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving M&A strategy and integration, with deep expertise in SaaS or vertical software industries.
