Our client is a private equity-backed data center services company looking to add a Vice President of Corporate Development to its leadership team. This individual will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s M&A strategy, driving both near-term initiatives and long-term growth plans. The role involves close collaboration with the private equity sponsor, and the ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of experience leading transactions in a fast-paced M&A setting, ideally with exposure to the data center sector or adjacent service-based industries.
