Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialty industrial minerals and performance-enhancing products, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and continuous improvement initiatives within its manufacturing environment. This person will be tasked with overseeing cost accounting and inventory management processes, leading ERP implementation and accounting system enhancements and driving accounting clean-up efforts and process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting, hands-on ERP implementation expertise and a proven ability to develop KPI dashboards, improve accounting processes and manage inventory controls in a complex operational environment.
