Our client, a precision manufacturing leader, is seeking a Controller to lead the company’s accounting and financial operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing financial reporting and month-end close processes, managing inventory accounting and profitability analysis and strengthening internal controls, accounting processes and financial workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate has progressive accounting leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise and a proven ability to drive process improvements while collaborating effectively with operations, sales and executive leadership teams.
