About Jacob
Jacob Watkins is a practice leader who leads the financial services strategy practice at Charles Aris Executive Search.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Guilford College, where he also competed as a member of the varsity baseball team.
Jacob lives in Greensboro, North Carolina where, in addition to his work at Charles Aris, he also serves on the board for The Kellin Foundation, a nonprofit focused on providing mental health support and services to Guilford County.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys engaging in community-based activities, playing sports, reading and hiking with his black Labrador Retriever, Simba. Jacob is also a student pilot who is close to earning his private license.
