Our client is a high-growth private equity holding company in the technology services industry. As this organization is rapidly growing inorganically, our client is seeking a Senior Associate of Origination / Business Development to lead and assist in strategic M&A efforts. This role will work closely with the M&A and sourcing team and report directly to the Vice President of Business Development. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of business development / M&A experience in a high-velocity sourcing or M&A environment (investment banking and/or private equity), ideally working for a private equity firm or portfolio.
