Our client is a leading global consumer product manufacturer with a diverse product portfolio. Building on a strong history and consumer loyalty, the organization is well positioned for future growth and expansion. The Director, People & Culture will be responsible for leading human resources efforts within the supply chain and operations function and working closely with the head of operations and other senior leaders to develop a more progressive and innovative culture within the manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting with a strong background in labor relations.
