Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed electrical transformer and power company located in the Midwest. This role reports directly into the CFO and will work collaboratively with key business unit stakeholders and the private equity sponsor. The Senior Director, Strategy & Corporate Development will be responsible for supporting the company’s strategic and M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of M&A experience (investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity) with prior experience in industrial services.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
