Our client, a global manufacturer and supplier of aerospace and defense components, is seeking a Director of Business Development and M&A who will lead the evaluation of potential opportunities with target companies and make recommendations on valuation and deal terms. Additionally, the professional in this role will work with C-suite leaders of various organizational functions to help develop and execute on all projects pertaining to deal flow.
