Our client is a market-leading specialized healthcare services provider dedicated to elevating women’s health. As it continues to rapidly scale, the company seeks a Senior Director of M&A to partner with the senior leaders to evaluate, analyze and execute its inorganic growth strategy. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end transaction execution, including managing internal teams and external advisors. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience working in a high-velocity M&A environment (investment banking / private equity) and has spent the bulk of their career in the healthcare sector.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
Cardiology has grown tremendously in the last 18 months, and the next year will likely continue that trajectory.
