As this private equity firm continues to build its portfolio, the team is seeking a Controller to lead a new confidential investment of a healthcare services business. The Controller is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and audit activities. Furthermore, the Controller will manage future personnel and collaborate with other leaders across the organization to develop policies and controls that keep assets secure. Reporting to the CEO, the Controller plays a critical role in growth strategy and ensuring financial practices align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, a current CPA and previous experience working in a public accounting firm.
